I came across this article on net, making us visualize a life in 2070. Well, If this really happens or not, i don't know. But if it, did living life would be horrible. The way we people waste water maybe we would have to pay a heavy price. I surely won't want to live a life like that. Liver Damaging Habits

The main causes of liver damage are: Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause. Not urinating in the morning. Too much eating. Skipping breakfast. Consuming too much medication. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

No Breakfast People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. Overeating It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. Smoking It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease. High Sugar consumption Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

AMAZING WATER THERAPIES

Drink six (6) glasses of water (1.5 liters) everyday and avoid medicine, tablets, injections, diagnosis, doctor fees, etc. You can never believe before practicing. Therapy Procedure Early morning, after you get up from bed, (without even brushing your teeth) drink 1.50 liters of water i.e., 5 to 6 glasses. Let us all know that ancient Indians termed this therapy as "Usha Paana Chikitsa". You may wash your face thereafter. Here it is very essential to note that nothing else, neither drinks nor solid food of any sort should be taken within 1 hour before and after drinking these 1.5 liters of water. It is also to be strictly observed that no alcoholic drinks should be taken the previous night. If required, boiled and filtered water may be used for this purpose. It is difficult to drink 1.5 liters of water at one time, but you will get used to it gradually. Different Worlds

We take things for granted in our life. Daily how much food do we waste, how much water do we waste, and we spend money just for our pleasures on music, designer label clothings, accessories, etc. I used to waste a lot of food, coz maybe i didn't like it...it was not my favourite dish, it could be any reason. But the food i eat daily, i had taken it for granted, whenever i threw a portion of my food, i never regreted but somewhere in the world people just that morsel of food would be heaven to them. Ofcourse, i would strave a day in the name of dieting but did that make any difference to me. I actually don't know what real starvation is ! Recently my friend told about a supermarket were everyday they would dispose and destroy the left over stock of vegetables of the day.And coincidently the same day i read an article, about sudan or some African country. There the people just didn't have water to drink, they kept searching for water but they didn't find it anywhere. Fin
