Thunder Rain

It's raining, it's pouring, I love sweet smell of rain as it touches the ground.And when it rain heavy with lighting zings and loud thunder storms, i just love it.The cool weather after a humid day.There have been many times, when i just get out leaving my umbrella behind, just to enjoy the rain.I love the sun, but I love it even more when it rains at night!Yes, i don't like the aftermaths of the rain too, dirty roads sometimes there is no sunlight for days...but when it rain its just fun, happiness.
I love listening to nice music, especially when it rains, sitting next to my window i just enjoy the musical rain.If you feel sad, cry in rain coz nobody would notice you cried

A rainbow always make me happy, out in a rainy day makes me happy.I always loved it when it drizzeled and the sun shone bright ,and there you see a rainbow.Once i saw a double rainbow and it just awe, the other time once while travelling by flight ... it started raining heavily, at the start i loved to watch it from top, but then there was heavy lighting and thunder and the flight always was in a air pit, that scared the hell out of me. that one moment i just wished it stopped to rain and everything was normal, but how... my journey had to be really bad, finally we landed in another airport.But yes, that was a memorable experience too...hey i watched a rainbow too from above...like a big semi circle.Who said at the end of the rainbow is Golden pot full of treasure, well i think its circle,a never ending circle to find the treasure ;-)

Different Worlds

We take things for granted in our life. Daily how much food do we waste, how much water do we waste, and we spend money just for our pleasures on music, designer label clothings, accessories, etc. I used to waste a lot of food, coz maybe i didn't like it...it was not my favourite dish, it could be any reason. But the food i eat daily, i had taken it for granted, whenever i threw a portion of my food, i never regreted but somewhere in the world people just that morsel of food would be heaven to them. Ofcourse, i would strave a day in the name of dieting but did that make any difference to me. I actually don't know what real starvation is ! Recently my friend told about a supermarket were everyday they would dispose and destroy the left over stock of vegetables of the day.And coincidently the same day i read an article, about sudan or some African country. There the people just didn't have water to drink, they kept searching for water but they didn't find it anywhere. Fin

Simple Warli Art

I had always been fascinated by one painting which I had on my bedspread. It depicted the daily life of the rural people, almost similar to the Forest life. It looks somewhat similar to the cave paintings of early man which I had seen in certain text books. But this piece of art was very common in india on bed cover, cushion covers and even many book covers, many had this as it was simple and fascinating one. Then I found out, such paintings were called Warli paintings which basically used rice flour as a medium to make simple lines and geometric figures which looked amazing but still had simplicity in it. FROM A VET'S EXPERIENCE. Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker. The dog's owners, Ron, his wife Lisa, and their little boy Shane, were all very, attached to Belker and they were hoping for a miracle. I examined Belker and found he was dying. I told the family we couldn't do anything for Belker and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home. As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure.
